We leverage the cutting-edge technology platform of our desktop system to review parcels and jurisdiction data including county information, GIS mapping, on-site review pictures and satellite imagery along with historical experience and jurisdiction characteristics.

Our mobile technology allows us to perform on-site due diligence. We use these two platforms in unison to analyze each potential Tax Lien for acquisition.
